"Room(14) was clean but the smell was very bad (Septic). I checked in around 18.00 needed to leave right away for my dinner meeting, I was offered another room in there sister hotel by the staff, but after dinner had no energy to move."

This property is lovely and staffed with the sweetest, most kind and helpful people. It’s clean, has multiple shops and restaurants on-site, great casino, and wonderful ambience. We enjoyed the beach and pool area, has great water and cruise ship views. Everything with the room was perfect. "Our room and overall experience was amazing. Our concierge Bryan was very accommodating and helped us with everything from getting a taxi to making a plethora of recommendations for us to try. The room was spotless, the shower pressure and lighting (for makeup) were great, and the best part was the view! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the stunning private beach, relaxing to epic sunsets and enjoying the food and cocktail offerings at the different restaurants made this stay perfect for the birthday that we were celebrating.
