"We chose a room with a lake view, but the lake was barely visible from the room. We stayed on April 24, and the room was incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because it was impossible to stay inside comfortably. In the evening, we tried calling the reception, but nobody answered, even though the staff had told us someone would be available until 11 PM. When we mentioned this during check-out, we were told that the air conditioning in all rooms only starts working in May. This information should have been communicated in advance, especially considering how uncomfortable the room temperature was. Parking was ok Breakfast was good"

"It was very nice! Excellent customer service. We could also charge our Electric Car for free. Suggestion for improvement: Just one day I couldn t go to the Sauna because there was a misunderstanding with the maintence guy. He did not realise that I had signed up for the Spa. Cause he was working on the electricity the Sauna was shut off. He proposed me to go 1 hour later, I could even go after the official closing hour. Unfortunatly it did not match with me further schedule. It wasn t bad at all for me but it might be something you can fix to be perfect."

"Such a beautiful setting!!! The pool, the room, the view of Lake Como against the alps was breathtaking! The front staff was so helpful! The breakfast and server were lovely. The town of Colico was quaint. The train station is a short walk. The hotel room was total modern luxury vibe. Beautiful bathroom, soft robes, towels and blankets even a hat for the pool. Also a beautiful beach bag to use while there! Top notch. Super quiet, super safe setting. Easy to catch ferry to go around the lake. Highly recommended!! The Lake with the marina was perfect!"
