I initially liked the look of the hotel and spacious room. Parking was $40 per night. I had no wash cloths in my bathroom, asked for them the next day( had to go to lobby because no one answered the phone). Someone entered a request in a hand held device and apologized. The wash cloths never came. Had to call the hotel number from my cell phone the next day- still no answer when calling from room phone. I received the wash cloths to at least take a proper shower before checking out. Valet personnel also did not ever answer the phone when calling from the room for entire stay. I always had to go down to their room outside. They were very fast at retrieving the vehicle though. Could be a really nice place- just need better service.

Costa Hollywood Beach Resort has big, clean rooms and is very close to the boardwalk and beach (3 mins walk.). Many food options close by - Aventura Commons and Mall are about a 15 mins car ride away. Worth the trek to if you want to shop at Target or Whole Foods since there is a kitchen. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. The pool was fantastic with music, a bar, and an amazing Cuban food truck! The shuttle to Duval was so easy and convenient as well. We rented bikes from the hotel and rode through town to Duval during the day and had such a great time!

They definitely catfished us with the place. Outdated furniture. Outdated TV. Not the view we booked for. Found a big roach in the kitchen on the last day. Overall very disappointing with the upkeep and sanitation of the hotel. Front desk girl wasn’t too welcoming.

I love the condo setup. Kitchen, living room, bedroom,den. Love beach is very close. Love rooftop pool and bar. I didn't like the exspensive valet parking. My floors were damaged/scratched up
