"Perfect oasis! Our room(130) overlooked a lakewalk which wound around a waterway. Room clean, blackout shade, standard breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom clean. Easy to get back on 39 in am"

"Bathroom wasn’t cleaned clearly there was someone black hair on the tub and someone else’s uses soap bar on the shampoo dispenser. There is no breakfast, it smells like fish, and half upgraded half old as dirt. You can find better places for this price. Definitely one with a pool and breakfast. I won’t be back "

Besides all of the usual items mentions, friendly staff, clean, free parking, I was impressed that they shades on the windows kept the room completely dark, no noise from heating and air conditioning and the toilet were the best flushing I've experience in a hotel. "The floors leak water with every step, sink leaks water ,one small microwave in the lobby,drug addicts everywhere,everything is outdated,windows screwed shut(fire hazard) and the most alarming thing, they are infested with roaches!!"
