"Solo traveler, loved the choice of breakfast in the morning. The coffee was even great! Clean, well run property. The person who checked me in was professional and effecient. I went to the pool on my second day at the hotel and it was very clean and well maintained. I asked for an extra blanket for my room and was promptly helped. Mini fridge in the room came in very handy as I had bottled water I had purchased. The hotel is right of I-95 and great location to get on the highway right away. I will definitely frequent the hotel again if I come back to Melbourne. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Convenient in-room amenities. Ground floor room made trips to the car much easier. Only complaint would be the uncomfortable king mattress and all the continuous stomping, and sounds like chairs or table being pulled across floor. Husband called front desk on our last night; they said nobody was booked for that room. I'd stay on second floor next time for sure."

"Toilet was clogged. Was told at the desk only one plunger on premises and m a intenance goes home at 5. Really how does that work. someone had the plunger in their room. Offered to move us but no.hard to believe that's how this place rolls."
