"The place is nice, affordable. Close to freeway, and other stores close by. All amenities were provided, only one thing they didn’t have - a hand soap in a unit, so I used my own. Free breakfast provided, free parking. Will definitely stay again."

"I've stayed at another Hyatt Place (In Reno) several times and this one was not nearly as well-run or maintained as Reno. The key card worked fine but my door was difficult to open and I couldn't set the night latch. The toilet flush also was not working well. The shelf in the shower for toiletries or soap was falling off as did the soap I tried to put on it. The shower gel was completely empty. The breakfast was lacking both in quality and choices compared to Hyatt Place Reno. I was exhausted from an international plane trip so stayed here since it was close to the airport and had dinner in the cafe/bar for convenience. The servers were very nice but the food (a sandwich!) took at least 45 minutes to be served (other diners around me also were waiting a long time even though it was not busy) and it was mediocre."

"Conveniently located to our event. Many dining options nearby, as well as a Target minutes away for any forgotten travel needs. Hotel was nice enough, fairly well priced. Kitchenette was a nice feature, even though we didn’t need/use it. I shall book again if need arises."
