"There are always a few small things (our cold tap barely worked) but overall, this hotel was brilliant. Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. Its location right on the river and in the heart of a tiny but bustling little village is idyllic. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended "

"Cadre génial, personnel de l'hôtel vraiment très très bien, chambre confortable, senteur Fontevraud très agréable. Le bar éphémère, les paniers repas, la diversité des éléments du petit-déjeuner ainsi que leur provenance et leur qualité, ça c'est du quatre étoiles comme on aime!"

"Jardin Haute Couture is very special. Coco is a wonderful host, and my husband and felt like guests in a beautiful country home. The decor is eclectic and fanciful, the bed was comfy, and the views are so pretty. The food is delicious. I hesitate to say too much for fear there won’t be a place for me!! "

"Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Running this place is not easy but the family are doing their absolute best as custodians. They are fully dedicated and committed to making Chateau de Candes a success. Merci Bertrand et Sam. "Localisé en plein centre de Saumur, hotel très accueillant avec des facilités pour les voyageurs a vélo comme nous. La piscine est petite mais appréciable pour la détente et l espace détente très sympa. La chambre est propre même si l espace est un peu restreint ce qui n est pas un soucis pour des vélo randonneurs. Le personnel est très accueillant et très à l écoute avec de bonnes recommandations de restaurant dans notre cas. "
