"Great little apartment with washer/dryer. We were in Paris during an unusual heatwave. Despite not having air conditioning, the property had put a fan in the room which helped a lot. The washer/dryer also came in handy given the excessive sweating. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The place was small but more than enough to be comfortable for a family of four."
