"We were a bit disappointed because the hotel description on hotels.com said the pool would be open in April, but when we checked in we were told that it wouldn't be open until May. The outside pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel - my daughter was really looking forward to playing in the pool. I wish the description online had been revised to mention that the pool would be open only after memorial day. "

"This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had at a hotel. Our floor reeked of marijuana the whole second night with noise in the hallway all night long. I called the front desk twice. Nothing was different after the first call and nobody answered the second call. I considered calling the police, but at this point I only had an hour and a half before having to get up for an early flight. I finally stuffed towels under the door in an attempt to keep the smell from my room. The room was in bad condition. The bathtub didn’t drain and the lampshade was broken. I will never stay again. "

"Awful! Go to check in and there’s people hanging out by the entrance smoking one of them being the girl who was working who left a sleeping baby behind the counter! She seemed like she had a bunch of friends there just hanging out. The smell was awful!!! Entered the building and it smelled terrible of cigarettes. Get in the room and the musty/mildew smell was so awful I almost took the loss and got another hotel. If it wasn’t late I probably would have. Thank god it was only 2 nights. The room was dirty. Dirt on the bathroom floor, bedroom floor was sticky. Bathroom light didn’t work only the light/fan. Fan was so ridiculously loud. I was in room 105 around the corner from the desk it was very loud all hours of the day/ night. As my son and I were walking in the side door a guy with a LIT blunt held the door for us. Smoking before he was even out the building. The pool was out of order. They shouldn’t advertise an indoor pool if it’s not in use. We got this hotel hoping it’d be better than the last one and it was way worse. Will not stay in a super 8 again. "

"Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying. Oh there was no bugs in my room that I saw so there's something good."

"I think this is a great hotel for someone who's not looking for a lot of frills. I was on a business trip and wanted a peaceful no frills room to relax after being at conference all day. This is just that. great staff very friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable. the hotel is an older building but very well maintained and the extras they add in the room is a nice touch. Such as stocking the fridge with minimal drinks, providing drinking water, coffee snacks. The bathroom soaps and lotion is also nice."
