"Found a roach in the bathroom. Floors were very dirty. No housekeeping and they refused to bring us toilet paper, we had to go all the way to the front desk to get some. Trashcans outside the rooms were always filled. Sheets stained. Pool exists but hasn't been open all year. Breakfast was non-existent. ..."
