"Veldig flott hotell, med en strålende beliggenhet. Det pågikk noe arbeid i nabolaget, så det var en del anleggstrafikk forbi sitteplassene ute. Flere alternative sitteplasser på andre restauranter ved verftsområdet. Ingen sjenanse/støy på hotellrom, Flott utsikt fra 8. etasje. Frokosten var veldig bra. Vil absolutt anbefale hotellet til de som ønsker det lille ekstra. "
"Uudehko ja siisti, nykypäivän teknologiaa hyödyntävä hotelli. Kahden kahden hengen makuuhuoneen, olohuoneen, keittiön ja kylppärin huoneisto oli loistovalinta 5 hengen perheelle. Hyvästä ilmastoinnista ja kattavasti varustellusta keittiöstä erityiskiitos. Sisäänkirjautuminen ja ovien avaus hotellin äpillä sujui hyvin. Äppi kannattaa ladata jo etukäteen, niin sisäänkirjautuminen käy nopeasti. Kadunvarsipysäköintipaikkoja hotellin lähellä jonkin verran, jos ehtii saamaan, jolloin maksuton...
"Nice hotel beside the sea. Great breakfast. But don't have a beef for maincourse for dinner there. Not so satisfy with the dinner at a la cart restuarant. "
"Very nice surprise - comfortable, clean and quiet hotel in good price. Amazing spa, big gym, swimminpool with hot water. Great restaurant on the last floor. Only one kilometer from city centre, you can easily walk to Polaria or any other museum.

"Hotel location is very good and you can see the sea and Arctic Cathedral and Tronso bridge . Good quality of breakfast and light meal. However , we really disappoint that the bath on the deck are close without noticed and no explanation or anything"
"Vi hadde flotte dager i Tromsø med bryllup og mange kjente på samme hotell. Flott frokost og hyggelig personale. Veldig bra at vi ikke får rengjort og skiftet på rommet daglig, kun etter ønske. Rolig rom, lite støy og sentralt. Forbedrings potensiale, dårlig vaskede vinduer."
"This hotel is located near the Airport bus stop (5 minutes walking). The hotel staffs are very nice and check in process is very fast. We got the room on level 9. The room is good, clean, nice view. However, the elevator of this hotel is able to go only at 8 floor so we have to carry our baggage to our floor. If you are not sure about your health or you travel with many bags, I would recommend you to ask staff to provide you other floor except 9."
"Convenient location, walkable, near city centre, easy paid parking nearby. A bit small bed and not the clearest messages from the reception person. We had to go back and ask how to get the extra cover snd towels to the second person. "
"Location is good. Easy to reach supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. By the way, one shower/one toilet for 8 persons is quite discomfort. Reception is very nice and helpful"
