"Brilliant hotel in Tromsø city centre. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions ie Polar museum, arctic cathedral and a short bus ride to the cable car. Breakfast, evening snacks and dinner are provided with booking which is very nice. Just one point to note about dinner: this is served between 18:00 to 20:00, so if you are going on a northern lights tour you will miss the dinner. Furthermore, for a 250£ / night hotel they don't clean your room unless specifically requested at the reception. They cleaned our room once during our 7 day stay, but for some reason only did the bathroom but not the bed. Overall, very nice hotel would definitely recommend."
