"This hotel had a rating on Expedia of 4.8. This hotel did not deserve anywhere over a 2.8. Everything on the resort was old and not refreshed our air conditioner didn't work. Our air conditioner could not get down over 77°. Our refrigerator. The first night was broken and we could not get a refrigerator stocked with sodas and waters. The shower was only able to get to lukewarm plus all of the fixtures in the shower were rusted. We had our best meals in the buffet. At all of the other restaurants, the food was cold. Thank goodness for the infinity edge pool or whole trip would've been ruined."

"Room was standard. The rest of the resort was beautiful, amazing and fun! So many pools to choose from which made it not so repetitive. The staff were so helpful! I was certainly surprised with how many spoke fluent English, which helped a lot. My daughter enjoyed the kids club as well. I found it helpful to download their app to see where the entertainment was and when, as they jump from place to place. Overall, I was quite happy with our trip and I would go back again. "

"The Grand DeCameron Complex Bucerias was magical. Charmingly authentic beautiful hotel complex. Friendly, gracious lovely staff throughout. Cleanliness is first and foremost. Lovely rooms with great views from every angle with lush tropical garden views or ever changing ocean vistas. The food at the buffet was beyond expectation. Freshly made entrees at every meal with something for everyone's pallet. Beach areas and pool areas are wonderful and family friendly. Bar areas are conveniently located. Not overcrowded or too loud. We are looking forward to returning soon. Muchas gracias por todo!"

"Los Picos Bucerias was awesome. We stayed on the 6th floor hotel room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the views and amazing sunsets. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great by the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a short walk to Bucerias market and many excellent restaurants with great food choices."
