"The second time at the Pan Pacific London was even better than the first time. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer a tube of Duptique hand cream anymore but other than that everything was excellent!

"Beautiful view with robes and nice coffee station. Way more roomy than expected. High end toiletries and bedding and very comfortable beds. Super close to tourist destinations and/or public transport. Staff very accommodating for my spouses severe allergy. We really enjoyed our stay. "
"Just back from a fantastic few days at this property, the staff were all amazing nothing was too much trouble and they were all very friendly and helpful. Ideally located for train station and many fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return to this hotel when we next visit london as it has everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay"
