Breakfast offered a delightful variety, including eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, high-quality bread, and a selection of condiments. Angel and Joanna provided exceptional service, demonstrating great hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel’s location is conveniently close to the city center, with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops easily accessible on foot. Situated on a quiet street, the rooms featured comfortable beds ensuring a restful stay. Although we did not require parking, it may be limited for guests with vehicles."

"The view is the top feature of this hotel. Staff were great and it’s very tidy. Pool is good and pool area is good. The beach is by the front steps which is amazing. The only bit not excellent is breakfast. It’s just a bit flat for a 4 star hotel. Example is the orange juice is like watered down cordial when nearly every hotel in spain has fresh squeezed. Everything is diy so food is cold by time you have your food and drinks and toast. It’s ok, but when everything else is great, this could definitely be improved."

"We had a wonderful stay at Alcazar. The location was perfect and central in Soller. The pool area patio was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and super clean. The staff were very helpful and we had a great time walking around the town and taking the tram to the port."
