"Staff were very friendly and the pool area was lovely. We found the music from the pool bar very noisy on a couple of occasions. We were disappointed that we had no cleaners come in for the whole of our stay. On the whole though, an enjoyable stay."

"Didn’t get what I paid for and the room was mis-advertised. During booking, I paid extra for a double bed but was given two beds pushed together. The room was meant to be soundproof but the noise from the entertainment every night was so loud it was impossible to sleep before they finished at 11pm. The room was near a lift which woke us up every morning. No support from staff when we complained about these things and were essentially told to just deal with it. I’ve been in touch with the hotel...

"All-inclusive every day, 3 courses was perfect, buffet style, everyone enjoying themselves staff were very helpful, like 30 second walk from the exit doors of hotel to son bou beach, incredible scenery, we was on the 8th floor l, lovely hotel room!!"
