"The property is in need of a refurb as it is looking tired in places. Staff were helpful and polite. Outside seating was insuficient on this sunny weekend. Cooked breakfast was good but the continental (cheese & ham etc) was woefully poor. In the light of recent events the security was bad, entry to the rooms via lift and stairs was not controlled in any way so anyone could walk in off the street and have access. "We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

La chambre est vieille il y a des grosses traces d’humidité sur les murs et les wc étaient sales. Le lit est la seule chose propre et confortable. Les chambres sont mal isolées et au dessus du pub. On entend la musique du pub dans les chambres. "
