Ok, but needs improvement

The staff was fantastic! However, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the fridge was rusty and dirty, and the beds were rock hard. The front desk hours are very odd, and you cannot access the rooms without a guest key. The only point of entry is the main door, but it isnt handicap friendly.

Very nice hotel. I frequent this city often, but never noticed this hotel; however, this is a great area. It was located close to the spots I visit and the room itself was homey. It would be great if there were more lights outside the hotel for extra comfort/security at night, but otherwise it was a very fine stay

The price and allowing pets is great. You could tell the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in a while even though housekeeping woke us up at 9:30 to clean even though checkout was at 11. Also breakfast is advertised but not offer for this location.

Bare bones but clean

Very clean but very bare bones as I expected. They don’t man the front desk after 10:00 pm so I had to call since I arrived closer to 10:30 pm. No other real issues aside from very minimal when it comes to soap, towels, etc. it really is the most minimal of amenities but they’re up front about it. Like the full size fridge & freezer.

The room was OK. It appears very clean and neat. Quite spacious and looks modern inside. However, the room had roaches in it but the roaches did not come out. I was cleaning the bathroom mirror and the vibrations from my cleaning disturbed several roaches behind the mirror. A few of them came out and went back behind the bathroom mirror. So I say, lol, those roaches were not a threat but seeing 5-6 big roaches and a baby or two gave me a quick fright but again the roaches did not come out and roam around. Overall it's a decent hotel in a great location.

The staff provided a good customerr service in a friendly manner; I asked for a new riom since the A/C was not working and the person in charge help me to swtich the rooms quickly. Unfortunately the rooms are ugly, the smell to cigarrettes are strong, crowdy everywherre and a dig making noise at nigjt. Not recommendable at all, is my 3rd time in a extended stay hotel in different cities, will not book again in this chain
