"Hotel staff, bar, restaurant, location all fantastic. Room was acceptable but too warm and wasn't able to control the heating very easily. Window didn't open. Pillows too thin."

"Great location for our visit the ABBA voyage, 10 mins walk away, Hotel is 10 mins away from main station which takes 30 mins to get to Kings Cross, great shopping centre 10 mins walk away with good bars as there is not much available in Stratford in the way of bars and restaurants, great breakfast in this hotel, clean, friendly staff"

"HAD A CORNER BALCONY ROOM, HOWEVER NO FURNITURE ON BALCONY SO COULD NOT SIT OUT THERE WITH A DRINK TO ENJOY IT. MAY AS WELL NOT HAVE A BALCONY IF NO CHAIRS ON IT. ROOM WAS DISABLED ACCESSIBILITY ROOM. TOILET WAS TOO HIGH, SINK WAS TOO LOW, SHOWER ONLY DID A LITTLE DRIBBLE AND NOT EFFECTIVELY USABLE. YOU GET A WELCOME DRINK, BUT THIS IS JUST SOME "PUNCH" AND NOT TOLD WHATS IN IT. BED MATTRESS WAS TOO SOFT, BAD BACK IN MORNING. KETTLE AND DRINKS STATION WAS ON ONE OF THE BEDSIDE TABLES. SCALDING RISK. SHOULD BE ON A SEPARATE SHELF IN AREA AWAY FROM BED. THIS ALSO MADE SPACE ON BEDSIDE TABLE RESTRICTED NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO PUT BOTTLE OF WATER, PHONE AND GLASSES ON IT. NO CHARGING PORT HAD TO USE A PLUG RESTRICTING SPACE HERE EVEN MORE."

"We found the room to be in excellent condition, the lay out was great, nice touch with the safe. Added bonus was the free breakfast which was super. Enjoyed the meal we had there one evening plus a nice ambience when just having a drink & relaxation. Absolutely ideally situated for the Abba Voyage. Would definitely go there again. We also managed to park on their car park which my husband was thrilled about, made him feel more relaxed straight away. A**** "

"Great location for shops, olympic park, abba arena and Stratford tube. Also lots of bars and restaurants (although mostly chains) on doorstep. Short walk to hackney wick or fish island if preferred."
