"Location fantastic,staff very friendly, breakfast was great parking was ok too. The room was a big let down, I have stayed there before and said that the rooms looked tired and I was assured that they were being upgraded in January . Well my room showed no sign of that, the paint was peeling, the room was noisy, not helped by the fact that we couldn’t close the window. Gary Elelman 9-10 April"

"Lovely room, great food in restaurant. Hotel doesn't do breakfast in week but lovely cafe next door doing breakfasts etc. Car park close too, have to pay but free 7pm to 7am."

"Stayed two nights 26/27 March. The de luxe double was an excellent room very comfortable bed had a really good night sleep. Bath in the bathroom a positive. Breakfast on first day a full english really well cooked next day on the Saturday had eggs royale really good."

"Great hotel right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, and food at the restaurant was great (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner over 2 days). Small spa area which was a nice treat after a days cycling! Our room was on the small side but it was perfectly fine for a short stay (and the bathroom was big!) Would recommend! "

"Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount .
