"Very convenient to the theater that was the best part. The hotel needs a make over like yesterday. Most things were out dated in the rooms. Toilet so low to the floor felt like a toddler. The track for the shower door was stuck I had to get a way in and out. Too many people loitering in the lobby just chilling like its the hang out spot. Didn't like that. Not enough parking or designated handicapped or street parking"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Mansion on Delaware. Room was very clean, staff were amazing and the freshly made breakfast was a huge bonus. "They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. We spoke to the front desk manager who was as understanding as he could be. After around 20 more minutes we got a different room this one was clean, however. "The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was small but very nice. For sale snacks and forgot items were very good verity. Breakfast was very well stocked and looked after. Parking was the only low point with having to pay at a parking garage that was not close at all, while a parking garage across the street was Valet only. "

"first off this is a trap house. It is so disgustingly dirty if I wasn’t so tired with my daughter checking in so late I would’ve literally rather sleep in the rental car and I didn’t really notice how dirty it was until the morning. I can tell you that the bed was clean and the sheets were clean, but that’s about it. The walls had graffiti on it that it looks like that they bleached out the rug were filthy discussing and dirty. There was a hole in the shower. Somebody left a propel water bottle that the house made never cleaned up and there was a dirty rag hanging over the shower the empty toilet paper roll. I mean, let’s talk about that. I would never stay here ever ever again my daughter was going to the university five minutes away from there I’d rather pay triple the price and for $140 a night and that was on sale definitely not worth it. Do not stay here. you also know that it’s very bad when they have a sign in front of the phone that says human trafficking hotline."
