"Staff was friendly and helpful. One bed had stained sheets with body hair, staff did provide clean sheetsbon request. Carpet was dirty with debris that would easily be picked up by a vacuum, bathroom floor was not clean. Beds were actually comfortable. We got the rest we needed, at the price per night I'd say we got what we paid for."

"Price is higher if you choose "pay at property". I'm not sure why hotels have not yet returned to regular room housekeeping since covid. Why should we have to make a special request? The

was crystal clear and bathtub warm; however, it is frustrating to search specifically for a hotel with a hot tub only to find it out of order (could sit in it for heat but the spa timer was broken / couldn't turn on the jets) throughout our 3-night stay."
