"We had a good experience, although the wifi was down until around one in the morning. And, the toilet didn't work properly. When you flushed, it emptied fine, but it didn't fill up. The stopper inside never completely covered the hole. We had to take the top cover off the tank each time and manually put the stopper plug in place so that the tank could fill up. We reported it the next morning. Management was very apologetic for the situation we had. They gave us a discount voucher to use the next time we stayed at a LaQuinta. That was nice but we did laugh afterwards. The voucher listed a number of LaQuintas except for the ones in the Eugene-Springfield area- which is where we always stay when we travel for a few nights."

"We stayed at the hotel for the first time this past weekend and really enjoyed the location, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, and how nice and clean the room was. Would highly recommend!"
