"The kitchen in the King Suite was limited. It was misleading on the website. Overall, a very comfortable room with great view. Breakfast was cold for both my husband and myself. It was a nice stay, but not what I usually expected from a Hyatt, it fell one star short."

"Can hear everything in rooms not even nearby, doors opening and closing all day and night. Clearly a known issue as earplugs with a sign are provided in room. 4 star hotel? I think not, save your money,"

"Door locks wore out, door doesn't close. Corporate books stays but Springfield said they were full when it was obviously not. The only thing good was the bed. I would not stay again. Corporate should investigate."
