Not to mention, they add an automatic 18% gratuity to all drinks and meals, which we wouldn’t mind paying if the staff was friendly or prompt. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hilltop bar is very laid-back and relaxing. The other pool has things going on all day to keep you entertained. There isn't that much of an option for eating on property. The restaurant food isn't good. And the coffee shop a bit overpriced. The location is great for getting to Redhook and catching the ferry to St John. "

"I was assigned to Room 333. However, when I returned to that room in the evening I found the pillow and curtain full of bugs. I tried calling the contact number above the reception desk, and got voicemail, and left a message. I did not receive any call back. I had to stay in my friend's room because mine was unusable. I reported this issue at breakfast on Feb 21, and the person there said that this was a known issue because the room was next to the vines. In other words: they knew the room had bugs and they still knowingly put me in it."

"Stay at this property for a week and would not recommend to anybody. Day 2 my partner and I experience a bug infestation. Our whole week stay we didn’t have any tv to watch. No restaurant on the premises like they claim they have. Soda machine down. Light switch controls all the electricity tv outlets etc. No hot water. Doors coming off hinges. Was not a very pleasant stay for my partner and I. "
