"We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. "The Infinity pool with swim up bar setting was fabulous. Food was good at the restaurant and the drinks were very good as well. Will definitely stay again. I do wish there were more golf carts available to transport you to your room and a softer bed. A hot tub would be nice too but for the price it's a good deal and a pretty location."

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! "Room just steps from a very clean beach with chairs, umbrellas and water included. Would have been nice to have a little more information upon check in. (Took 3 days for someone to let us know about the complimentary water) probably due to the check in Staff uninterested attitude. Everyone else including the check out staff were very pleasant. Room cleaned daily and always stocked with fresh towels, coffee and tea. "

"We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! "
