Marriott Hotels & Resorts hotels in Erzurum

Large, well appointed room. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location, but away from major street noise. Private parking. While the exterior sound proofing was good, there was a bit of noise from above, particularly when the occupants seemed to constantly drag the furniture around on the hard floors. Electricity stopped working in my room - but the hotel called an electrician and it was sorted (with a temporary fix) after about...

Fab breakfast on day one but gradually declined each day. Only little things, but no menemen and then no bread suitable for toast.

First time staying at this hotel and everything was as described on the hotels.com Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Breakfast was superb and spoiled by the choices. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again.

Wonderful hotel manager with friendly greeting. Made us feel very welcome here. Rooms clean and comfy.

Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey, they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****

We liked everything, the hotel and its decorations, the colours of the corridors and the rooms, the paintings, the rooms itself, the heating in the bathroom, the generous give-aways, the best buffet ever in North-East Turkey and last but not least, the competent and helpful friendliness of the personal. Thank you, when nearby, we’ll come back.

Absolutely awesome stay, really enjoyed it. The Hotel manager Alkan really made our stay Awesome. Thanks Alkan for everything.
