"This worked for me. Traveling solo and stayed one night. WIFI worked well, shower worked well. The breakfast is minimal and was enough to start the day. Parking was on the street, but very easy to find. There was no heat the night I stayed, but I had a nice thick comforter. The only problem I found was the bed was a bit hard."
