Very clean, staff was great, they offer snacks and stuff for a quick we bought when we first arrived so we didn’t have to leave. There is a gas station right next door which is nice. This area of Tennessee is completely beautiful and we will definitely be coming back "

"Bed was comfortable, room clean and décor up to date. The elevator was out of order - I requested an ADA compliant room, or mobility accessible room....having to lug my gear and suitcase up to the second floor with no elevator wasn't exactly a "plus" - mobility access room in this hotel mean a wider bathroom door and a grab bar in the shower, that's it! No height adjustable shower head, no extra room in the bathroom"
