"Everything was wonderful. The only thing I could say that needed work were the beds were not as comfortable as I thought they probably would at this price point and the pillows were not any good. I must say they maybe should check out the pillows that NCL cruise lines uses. Because they can work from either soft or hard wants and needs.. other than that this place is wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic..
also, this is not a walkable area. They do supply transport to the metro. But there is nothing around this area. It’s an industrial area."

"Paid over £250 for a rather basic hotel - the room was fairly average. Staying for work but no iron, asked at reception at 2pm when I was going out, was not delivered to room as promised, tried calling to reception and no answer, tried using WhatsApp and no response either. Charged tourist tax on top too. Really over priced."
