Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk, San Diego Area
Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed.

California Suites Hotel
Enjoyed the relaxing stay and the local neighborhood to walkable stores. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Gated court yard that felt safe and the room had a kitchen which felt like a home.

Bahia Resort Hotel
Good for kids with the pool and amenities. Rooms are dated from the 70's-80's but remodeled recently. Floors were obviously never cleaned because you walk around barefoot on the laminate floor and your feet turn black. Beds are really hard and uncomfortable - we all slept horrible there.
