"The street where the Hotel is located has seen better days"

"Rooms are comfortable and a good size. Kurig Coffee machine with pods was a nice touch. Location is close to restaurants, ByWard market, Parliament buildings and walking trails along the Ottawa River. Left car parked the whole time and walked everywhere. Indoor swimming pool is a bonus."

"The hotel is in a great location, right by ByWard Market and within walking distance of the Parliament buildings. There are tons of restaurants nearby offering a wide variety of food. The rooftop bar offers a beautiful view of Ottawa at night — a perfect spot to relax. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. I found it amusing to rate my stay with five stars when my cell (aka room) was tiny and literally full of bed which left only a tiny space between it and the metallic door, but it was part of the fun of staying in this jail and I loved it :D A bonus to my stay was friendly staff and a tour of the facilities."

"This was easily the best stay I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. The room was much larger by far than most hotels of the same calibre, including the washroom. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and made us feel right at home with their warmth and friendliness.
