"I really like Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit. The staff are very kind, professional, and attentive. They remembered my name and went out of their way to help me at one point when I was in need to get a taxi to the other side of Bangkok. The location is nice, near the nightlife of Sukhumvit. I think my only wish would be that the air conditioning had more settings. It was always hard to find that sweet spot on the air conditioning that was not too hot but also not too cold. But aside from this, I really like Novotel. I would come back again. "

"The hotel had a relaxed and cool environment during a major heat wave in Thailand. The staff where friendly and polite. We had a junior suite which was comfortable and cleaned regularly. A fridge/freezer and microwave were supplied along with complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, replaced daily. The a/c was excellent. The bed was huge and exteremely comfortable. There was a seperate bath and shower in a large bathroom, towels changed daily. Room service was good and reasonably priced. Checked out feeling very satisfied."
