Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were personally taken care of by the very thoughtful owners. What a wonderful property and location- the restaurant at the property was delicious! Everything was tasteful and spotless, we will definitely return and tell everyone about it. The beds and pillows were so perfect and the cleanliness was top notch. When in Ellicotville make this your destination!

The Lincoln is a very nice, quaint boutique motel. It is modern and clean with hip features, including a bigger TV than most motels/hotels and great live edge wood throughout. It's location right next to Holiday Valley make it ideal for easy access to year round adventure. We were very happy with out stay and looking forward to going again.

We stayed there for a short, fall getaway. We stayed in room 11 and it was very nice. Not only immaculate but very nicely decorated. Loved the wood fixtures that gave us more options where to put things (instead of the floor). We went next door to Pour for a beer and that was nice. Very nice employees. Large selection of craft beers. It's close to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Holiday Valley was right there so we also treated ourselves to a lift up the mountain to see the leaves! Only ONE negative...the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great but I took my shower probably the same time everyone else in the hotel was (Sunday morning before checkout)! I would recommend this place and we will hopefully be back!

Cute little boutique place. Rooms very uniquely decorated. I didn’t see the slide dimmers on the overhead and wall sconce lights at first (lighting was initially harsh)… but once I saw and figured out, the lighting offered nice “mood” options. The bar restaurant “Pour”, with the beer wall was very fun. Food was good. Overall nice place.

I loved the simplicity yet elegant decor. Great location, right across the street from slopes. Few min drive to shops and restaurants. The bar/grill attached was very convenient with good food. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great place to stay.

WONDERFUL STAY, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND CLEAN ROOMS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH OUR STAY, LOVED THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT OF THE ROOMS AND BATHROOM. ALL AMENITIES WERE INCLUDED WITH EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE TOILET, IT'S NOT FOR ADULTS, WAY TOO SMALL. WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Very nice, comfortable, and quite motel. Heat was not working in the room we booked, and they immediately moved us to a bigger, nicer room. Highly recommend this place for a night or two stay.

Went up for a birthday weekend and it was the cutest spot!! very tidy, in a good spot close to everything walking or driving, the bar downstairs was very homey and has live music sometimes !!

Comfortable and convenient

We booked this stay on a spur of the moment wandering vacation. It was convenient, clean and the host was very responsive to us after hours. It is within walking distance to the main part of town, with sidewalks. We enjoyed the quick overnight as we made our way to hiking nearby the next morning. Would stay again should we be in the area.
