Hotel under new ownership. They are working on improving. Room was clean VERY reasonably priced for a NASCAR weekend only 20 minutes from Bristol. Front Des staff was VERY accommodating

This property was disgusting. The Travelers lodge needs a serious DEEP cleaning. Dirty unmade bed. The mirror in the bathroom was covered in spots.

Noone was at the check-in or checkout desk. They couldn't find my reservation. The room and Jacuzzi was nice and clean but the people were never there. It's like they don't have employees.

Very nasty hotel

The first room was dirty, filthy, sheets not clean, bathroom not cleaned, smoke smell STRONG, cigarette holes in sheets, floor, the employee was scared to check out room for what was going on, she wasn't very friendly, she act like she didn't know how to help us, just very nasty, won't be back

There were burn holes in the sheets thay was clean but burn holes and we were in non smoking. There was only 1 chanel on the tv and it wasn't in english. Way over priced for quality. Good thing no bugs. And knowone bothered us.

tacky to say the least when they have signs saying they will report us to police for damages etc when the blankets have numerous burn holes and carpet is destroyed.

It was conveniently located. Room was very dated, dark, carpet was very dirty. No one came in to empty trash, make bed, clean towels for three days. No fan in bathroom, mold and mildew on walls. Holes in curtains. But quick to take a damage deposit.

Only good thing was we were allowed to check in early. Unfortunately, it was gross from there. How a motel can charge almost $200/night for a place like this, is a mystery and a shame. Rooms were dirty, rugs were disgusting and sticky (had to wear socks so our feet didn't stick). The swimming pool looked like a swamp. So no swimming...

Easily the worse hotel I’ve ever been in. Carpets had never been cleaned. Walls had bugs on them. Bathroom floor and shower was filled with hair. It was unwelcoming. There was an inch gap between the floor and the entrance door. Anything could come through. We do not recommend.

The carpet holds so much dirt that all the perfume they put on it makes it worse. remove the carpet, and replace with vynel or something cleanable

We stayed for four nights. Towel, wash clothes only changed out once. We went to the local Walmart and bought additional towels. The toilet would not flush. The chain from the flush handle to the to the rubber flapper was not attached as the chain hook had rusted out. The tv remote did not work. Pulled the cover off the remote to find corroded batteries. The room overall was very dirty looking with the carpet and general condition very "tired".

Staff was indifferent to our checking in, not welcoming. Outside of building has new paint, no plants, almost looks abandoned. Room hasn't been remodeled since the 80's, holes in walls, old fixtures removed but paint never fouched up. The security lock on the door was broken, the door stud was missing, I wedged a chair against the door. The bathroom was minimalist at best. When we returned to the room for the night we found roaches in the room. Due to race fans in the area there was no other rooms available. Would NEVER recommend this hole to anyone.
