"Bali Hai was like paradise. We had a bungalow two steps away from the sand and 20 m from the ocean. We could hear the sound of the ocean all day and night, the ocean breeze was soothing and kept us cool. The workers were absolutely fantastic helpful and acomodating. The owner was happy to share his story. The decorations and setting were super unique, authentic and amazing. "If you are looking for a beautiful peaceful stay, look no further. This is such a gorgeous property . The sounds of the ocean were amazing . I also enjoyed the fish La maniere! So good . I only wish breakfast had more options. I want to give special love to the staff they were so nice and amazing"

"Beautiful property Helpful staff Comfortable bed Music until 2am is asking a lot of the average guest. If you don’t want to participate then it’s an annoyance and assumes all guests want this, espaxillay as majority of rooms face the bar. Perhaps midnight would be a better balance for all guests. WiFi was not sufficient in the cylinder rooms - couldn’t take calls over WiFi and there isn’t another space, without music, to do this."

"punta sal is a beautiful place. the resort itself is gorgeous with a great pool, beautiful beach and the staff are incredibly lovely - especially Christian who was extremely kind to us throughout our stay. The bungalow sat literally on the beach with a bed facing the windows to the beach which was lovely to watch in the morning when waking up. the bed was big & comfortable, and having a fridge was great to keep drinks cold for the hot weather. the only thing we would comment about the bungalow is that it’s quite dated and could do with a paint, and redecoration, to match the rest of the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the penne con salsa de aji de gallina and leche de tigre carretillero. The breakfast had many options so you can have something different everyday. The staff were happy to alter drinks for me so i could enjoy despite allergies, which I am very grateful for. The staff are really attentive and kind, always looking to make your experience better. Something that they could add to make the experience better than it already is, is maybe having some activities to do optionally for free like games at the pool/on the beach, to make it a bit more entertaining for families & young people, for example marco polo in the pool. Also, the wifi was just okay, and could be a bit faster and better. Again, this is just things to improve an already great experience!! we really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come again soon!"

"There was an issue with my booking when I arrived. When the staff couldn't help me, they contacted the owner who quickly arrived from another location to help. She was able to find the issue. Due to confusion they didn't have a room available but she was very nice to help me find another hotel she took me to a number of them that I was able to look around and find one that I liked. And she took care of everything. Although I didn't stay in the place I did take a look at the amenities it's a very nice place and I highly recommend it I will definitely stay there again in the future."
