"The room was in poor shape - my bathroom door didn’t close, there Were stains on the carpet and everything felt old."

"First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels. The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern. The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail...

"Jolie chambre mais meme si l'hôtel a été rénové il y a toujours des defauts ou des tâches. On sent la présence de ceux qui ont dormi avant nous et c'est pas tres agréable. Lit confortable. Tres tres tres mauvaise isolation sonore. Les portes qui claquent le matin m'ont beaucoup dérangée. Et mauvaise isolation de la fenêtre. J entendais le vent siffler et rentrer par la fenêtre. Il n'y a pas de produits de toilette ni de bonnets de bains ils faut en demander. La clim était soit trop chaude soit...

"The bed boards were creaking so much it was hard to sleep. You cannot open the window without people from the street being able to get into the room (it is overlooking a corridor which is open for anyone to get in). There were severe internet issues throughout my stay, despite my request to fix it. You could hear the TV from the next room. Would not come back."
