"Great stay! Amazing customer service — staff were very respectful and kind. Perfect location right across from Mamilla Mall, with a convenience store and barber nearby. "Always amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed.
Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. "
