My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time.
The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night...

"We traveled for 12 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. We were greeted with "the suite you booked is no longer available". Anna at the front desk blamed "maintenance issues". We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be. Apparently a sleeper sofa will fit two people (according to Anna) -...
