The rooms where not very clean there was hair extensions from previous quest in room … bedding had marks all over it. Went for breakfast about half nine and was nothing there one sausage and four eggs 5 croissants. Staff where very friendly and nice

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Not enough shower pressure and longer lag to get the right room temperature. Loved the breakfast and very courteous staff

Great small apartment with a view over the River Tyne. Well equipped mini kitchen, excellent shower. Only drawback is lack of a spare blanket for people who feel cold. Heating system works well once you work it out.
