"It was a disappointment from the beginning. They didn’t acknowledge our request for a pet free room. The rooms bathroom was so old that the toilet flusher was completely work with a thumb print. The tiles around the bathtub were filthy. The door to the washroom was damaged as were other furniture. There was what appeared to be coffee all over one wall. The property had asked if we had any special requests “such as a pet friendly room” which I requested. There was no indication of an extra fee so...
