"Very run down not the cleanest very dusty no towels or toilet paper on arrival phoned reception these did arrive within 10 mins . Staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. food good. Need a complete overhaul hall new carpet s beds etc. we liked location tram at door and 50min walk to tower"
