"We arrived and first thing we noticed was the hallway and carpet smelled like dogs, cigarettes and carpet was filthy. Then, trying to walk up the extensive staircase, NO HANDRAILS! Went into the room, no fan in the tiny bathroom, also filthy. Grout on floor was NEVER CLEANED! BLACK! The 2 light fixtures ..."
