"I love the location and the amenities the hotel has to offer. Staff was nice and friendly and allowed me to check in early after a long travel day and waived the fee. My last three visits have all been the same, my room is right by the elevator and or faced the street causing me to be woken up at all hours of the night by guests and pedestrians outside of the room making it unpleasant and disruptive at times. I know that the rooms arent great for those who book through a third party and it shows. I just wish there were better rooms available when booking through a 3rd party."

"No mini fridge , kinda smelled weird , dirty , but had beds to sleep in and roof and walls "

"Upon arrival, we were given a room that someone was already staying in. We opened the door to find guests and their belongings and had to go back down stairs to find a different room. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke as did much of the floor. on our second night, the smoke alarm in the room started to go off every five minutes or so at 10:30pm when we were already in bed. When we called the front desk, they wanted us to identify the issue and then suggested we remove it and take out or replace the battery. seemed odd, but we did and it still beeped so we wrapped in a rtowel and left it in the hallway. Overall not a great exerience. not to mention the room itself was dingy and "
