"This hotel needs some maintenance upgrades. The carpet in the hotel was filthy. They toilet, barely flush in our TV did not work."

Breakfast was “ok”, detailed description upon booking stated “breakfast buffet”, that’s the only thing tht could use improvement, more choices of food to be considered a buffet."

"We had to wait multiple times to speak to someone at the front desk. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it felt empty. The hotel and our room was very warm when we checked in. The cleanliness of our room seemed appropriate, but the next day there was a huge cockroach in the room. For some reason, I wasn't surprised due to warmth of the hotel. We only stayed for one night, so we were checking out when we saw the roach. We've stayed at this location a few years ago without issues, but we will not return here next time we are in town."
