"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot. However, there was no soap or shampoo in our room, towels had holes in them. Our stay was ok. I would book this hotel only for its location. The staff were very nice and friendly."

"The hotel pictures are almost accurate the room is not as light and bright as pictured floors and counters were clean but thorough cleaning was not done toliet was clogged first use and bathroom sink wouldn't drain shower curtain was torn place was real worn out second day came back to giant cockaroach ..."
