"I made a reservation for 3 nights, but I cancelled the last night, because I could not sleep, the bed was very uncomfortable. These beds are full size, the mattress is very uncomfortable and sink down. I spoke to Laurie (manager) she said that is the way it is, without trying to give a better accommodation. ..."

"I gave 3 stars which may be generous, but I knew I was going for a cheap place to stay that was central to the area I was visiting. Location was nice and close to thruway. The room was smelly, maybe was old dingy, used to be a smoking hotel (not sure how long ago that stopped), carpet in halls eeehh ..."

Downtown Buffalo
