"There was absolutely nothing that I liked about our stay! We changed rooms 4 times, had no hot water, no hot breakfast, damage room, and it was a weekend for my wife’s birthday! What a terrible embarrassment!"

"The service and attention was outstanding! The hotel is right in the center of the city with great views and only 25 minutes from Niagara Falls City and even closer to other attractions. Close to breweries, restaurants, distilleries, and city sites. Again, wonderful staff!"

"This hotel is very dated and not clean. Didn’t look like they mopped the floors in a while. The wall paper behind the tv was peeling and dirty. Looked like food stuck to it. A floor scraper would get the gum off the floor easily. The chair is old and peeling as well as the paint. The photos online ..."
