Whenever you would try to explain something to her she would cut you off in mid sentence. She could learn some professionalism. Listen to your customers. She did it to my wife also."

"Great spot, the location was really nice, we had a view of the water and the marina and shops were just a walk away. Every morning we would go for a walk along the water, past the shops to the marina where we could watch sea lions and seals. The accommodation was just what we needed, complete with a very useful kitchenette. Would definitely go there again."
