"The Crossways is an updated building. Regrettably there is no lift and a narrow staircase which makes taking heavy cases upstairs difficult. We had a problem with our room but what makes me give this hotel a 5 star rating was their service recovery was brilliant. The team are very friendly and my Venison Pie for dinner was excellent.
