Beaucoup d’inclusion tel qu’un excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de variété, une piscine, spa et glissades d’eau, gym et beaucoup de place de stationnement. -chambre très spacieuse, très propre et très complète avec cuisinière, four micro onde, lave vaisselle et gros frigidaire ainsi que la vaisselle. Lit super confortable. Très belle vue du sixième étage. "

"The staff were very friendly, check in was great however my room was in dire need of renovations. Evidence of water damage everywhere in the room, walls and ceilings discoloured, bubbled and paint damaged. The tub was rust stained and missing tiles, the loose tub stopper on the side of the tub was black. No seals on the door, you could see light through to the hallway and my door latch had a hole in it on the outside. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires. I would never return."

"Check in staff were polite and courteous. It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that there was a “Boil Water Advisory “ at the front desk rather than finding a letter on the counter in the room and no bottled water in the room for at least brushing my teeth. There was however bottled water in the main lobby. The “Boil Water Advisory” was lifted 6 hours after we checked in The rooms were very clean and quiet. We did not use any other facilities in the hotel as we had prior...

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here...

"They tried to forcibly enter my room after I fell asleep in a completely dry bathroom, that being the only thing that would ease my nausea. They cited water in the vents but there were no vents on the floor in the bathroom. Don't turn on the air conditioning or else these clowns will send someone to break in to your room, should another customer complain about being cold."
